What Santa talks about
Their name and age
Said out loud, the way you tell us to say it, and written into Santa's Nice List with a big NICE! stamp.
Their year
1 to 3 things they did that made you proud, and one gentle thing to keep working on, said as encouragement, never as a telling-off.
Their wish list
Read from Santa's scroll. Santa never promises a particular present, so there are no awkward mornings.
Their world
Their town, a pet, a brother, sister or best friend by name, and a message from you.
Their photo
Optional: their photo in a golden frame on Santa's wall. Kept private and deleted within 30 days.
Their own letter
Typed in what they wrote to Santa? For $2.95 Santa answers it in the video.

Questions
How fast will I get it?
The free preview usually takes 1 to 3 minutes. After you pay, the full video is usually ready in 5 to 15 minutes. We email you a link as soon as it's ready.
Is it a real Santa?
Our Santa is a friendly animated character, brought to life with AI animation and an AI voice. It's playful holiday fiction, written fresh for every child from what you tell us.
Will Santa promise my child a present?
No. Santa says he has read the wish list and the elves are busy in the workshop, but he never promises a particular gift.
What ages is it for?
Ages 2 to 12 love it most. For older kids Santa talks to them as a "big kid".
What about brand names on the wish list?
Santa says them in his own words ("a big building-brick spaceship"), so the video stays all about your child.
What do I get?
A 2-3 minute MP4 video that plays on phones, tablets, computers and TVs, and a private share page for grandparents. With the letter pack you also get a PDF to print: a letter from Santa, a Certificate of Niceness and a write-back page.
Is my child's information safe?
We use the details only to make your video and letter. We never ask for your address. Photos stay on our own servers and are deleted within 30 days, and nothing you send is ever used to train AI or shown as an example. Download your video to keep it: we delete it 30 days after we make it.
What if something isn't right?
Email us within 30 days. We'll remake it once for free (for example if a name was said wrongly), or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
Do you mail a paper letter?
Not yet. The letter pack is a PDF you print at home.
